The innovative processing technique involves the use of carbonated water to trap air inside the superheated glass matrix which is subsequently stretched vertically and repeatedly wrapped around itself. Once cooled, the bending movement transforms the trapped air into microfilaments which give the piece a pearly effect. Available in different versions.
