Karu 2 Pro Ooni Portable Oven
Karu 2 Pro designed by Ooni is a portable wood, charcoal, or gas oven. It heats up to 500°C in 15 minutes and offers a large 17" cooking surface with a 5.4" internal height. It includes a ClearView™ glass door to monitor cooking, a Digital Temperature Hub with a front display, and Bluetooth connectivity via the Ooni Connect™ app. It is constructed from durable materials: painted carbon steel (frame), stainless steel (base and interior), aluminum (front), and borosilicate glass (door). Gas-powered with a 30/37 mBar gas pressure regulator.
