H_O Meeting Table Poltrona Frau

H_O Meeting Table designed by Claudio Silvestrin for Poltrona Frau is a meeting tables collection. It is made of poplar plywood sandwiched between MDF boards. The upper part of the table top is made of MDF board lined with saddle leather in dove grey or coffee colour. In round tables, the staggered legs are arranged in groups of three; their solid beech frame is veneered with Ash-tinted oak or Louro Preto wood; structural stability is provided by a Valcamonica porphyry or white porphyry column oriented radially to the table. Both the column and the legs rest on the floor on feet made of plastic material. In the oval meeting table, the staggered legs are arranged in groups of three at the two ends; their solid beech frame is sandwiched between poplar plywood and MDF boards and veneered with Ash-tinted oak or Louro Preto wood. The height of the plastic support feet can be adjusted using the supplied special key. The beam supporting the top, made of wood veneered poplar plywood and solid beech, creates a runway under the top that can be used to accommodate the cables passing through
the middle leg of each group of three. The Hardware version of the oval table features four doors that can be opened with a push-pull mechanism to access a compartment where the cables can be accommodated. H_O tables are available in a light or dark coloured version. In the light version, the dove grey saddle leather is matched with the Ash-tinted oak wood tone. In the
dark version, the coffee coloured saddle leather is matched with Louro Preto wood tones (28). In the round tables, the two versions also include the column, either of brownpurple Valcamonica porphyry or of whitish-beige white porphyry. The saddle leather, in both colours, is offered in two surface versions: plain or square pattern, featuring a tone-on-tone motif of 16x16 cm squares obtained through an artisan process.
