The company was founded in 1956 as a furniture manufacturer with the imprint of the great artisan tradition of Cascina, a small Tuscan town located between Florence and Pisa. Over the years, the brand has demonstrated an intimate vocation for luxury craftsmanship, but has been able to translate it into new contemporary interpretations through products that, in the virtual age, deny representation and demand a tactile, fully sensual relationship. The experimentation of new shapes and materials is affected by influences deriving from the eclectic and surrealistic world of Gaudì, Mollino and the Scandinavian design of the 50s, giving rise to objects with organic, anthropomorphic sinuosity, where curves of soft sensuality are connected with flickering profiles.
